History and Trivia

  • The first Starbucks on Disney property owned and operated by the Starbucks company.
  • This location boasts two of the Clover brewing machines.
  • Located in the space previously occupied by Anne Geddes, and more recently BLINK by Wet Seal, the new Starbucks retains the same footprint and shell of the original space, but with an added patio.
  • The tree centered in the patio is original from the construction of Downtown Disney, and was intentionally saved during the construction of Starbucks.
  • The new store is LEED certified. The wood used in paneling was recycled from box cars, and bears distinctive holes.
